1、  用户通过浙江科技学院网上办事服务大厅https://ehall.zust.edu.cn/中“快速通道”栏目中“邮件系统”进入邮件系统。

Users can access the online service hall of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology https://ehall.zust.edu.cn/  and enter the email system in the “Fast Track” section as shown in the figure.

2、  统一身份认证账号激活后，邮箱会自动同步账号（即学号或工号）和手机号码，因此用户首次使用邮箱只需要通过点击右下角“忘记密码”流程走重设密码流程。

After the unified identity authentication account is activated, the email will automatically synchronize the account (i.e. student or work ID) and mobile phone number. Therefore, users only need to reset the password process by clicking on the "Forgot Password" process in the bottom right corner for the first time using the email.

3、  如下图所示继续流程。其中，邮箱账号格式为user@zust.edu.cn，其中 “user”为用户的学号或工号。

Continue the process as shown in the following figure. Among them, the email account format is user@zust.edu.cn Where “user” is the user's student or work ID.

4、  如下图所示继续流程，其中密保手机为统一身份认证中的手机。

Continue the process as shown in the following figure, where the secure phone is the phone in the unified identity authentication.

5、  如下图所示继续流程，其中注意设置的密码需满足图示要求。

Continue the process as shown in the following figure, and note that the password set must meet the requirements shown in the figure:

1. Contains both uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

2. Password length is 8-32 characters

3. Excluding account information and spaces

4. Not a common password

6、  出现如图显示，表明重置密码成功，请登录验证。

The image shows that the password reset was successful. Please log in and verify.

7、  登录验证密码是否修改成功，请选择账号密码登录，目前暂不支持手机号登录方式。

Login to verify if the password has been successfully modified. Please select an account password to login. Currently, the mobile login method is not supported.
